Gradwick Communications is owned and operated by Paul Swain.

Paul has over 20+ years of experience of working in the events business, having held key roles with the trade press, hotels, convention centres, national tourist boards, DMC’s, event agencies and most recently for the convention bureaus of The Hague and Rotterdam.

He was therefore seen the industry from many different angles, including freelancing on-site at events, and uses this varied insights to position client’s destinations and venues to maximum effect.

Previous roles include working for Meetings & Incentive Travel, Tourism Australia, Royal Cliff Beach Resort & PEACH Convention Centre in Thailand, CIS Malta, Eventivos Portugal, Le Plaza Hotel Brussels and a long-standing relationship with The Hague Convention Bureau and Rotterdam Partners.
